ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for the 2025 World Beer Cup and Craft Brewers Conference & BrewExpo America. Through this partnership, we have negotiated the best possible rates at hotels near the Indiana Convention Center. Attendees can obtain discounted rates by reserving through the official housing reservation system. Information about Passkey and when to contact the hotel: Please do not call your hotel to check on your reservation until after April 7, 2025. Please understand that processing your reservations from the housing bureau into the hotel system will take a few days. Rest assured that if you have received a confirmation number already from the housing bureau, the hotel will honor your booking.

If you’re calling to modify reservations, please be sure have the following information ready for our agents:

2025 Housing/Cancellation Policies

All reservations are subject to the following cancellation fees, per the date of cancellation:
- No hotel deposit required at time of reservation, please review below cancellation policy prior to booking your reservation.
- The below charge will appear on your credit card as CONFDIRECT*CBC25 should you cancel your reservation.
- $50 cancellation fee for room cancellations made from April 22, 2024 through February 16, 2025
- $80 cancellation fee for room cancellations made from February 17, 2025 through April 27, 2025
- Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur the above cancellation fee.
- If you do not cancel your reservation prior to hotel’s cancellation policy, the hotel will charge you a non-refundable penalty – please review your hotel’s individual cancellation policy. This will be directly charged by the hotel.
