| Jan. 31, 2025 | Breweries outside the U.S.: Pre-register your shipping method via the WBC International Shipping Registration form (To be published early 2025) |

| Feb. 28, 2025 | Deadline for breweries to make beer changes |
| March 10 – March 14, 2025 | Breweries outside the U.S.: Beer samples due to int’l consolidation points |

*Entries removed or not sent for the competition after the cancellation deadline will not be refunded.
