How did you get into the beer industry? Why does beer matter to you?
From bartender to brewer to entrepreneur, my journey spans over 20 years in hospitality. Today, I proudly own a franchise of 11 establishments, bringing some of the best beer in Prague and other cities to our guests. Beer is a passion and a journey at the same time. Na zdraví!
Why do you judge at the World Beer Cup? What does judging at the World Beer Cup mean to you?
It’s an honor to be part of the world’s best competition. I truly enjoy sharing my experience, discovering new beer styles, and, above all, meeting fellow beer lovers from all corners of the world.
What else would you like the world to know?
Everything I do for beer is driven by a deep respect for the art of brewing, a passion for perfect pouring, and a huge appetite for tasting.
