How did you get into the beer industry? Why does beer matter to you?
I first fell in love with beer as a consumer around 2004, when I started exploring craft beer and realizing how much creativity and diversity in flavors existed in the beer. In 2010 I began brewing as a homebrewer, which quickly turned into a serious passion. That passion eventually led me to co-found Bierhaus Brewing, where I’ve been involved in building a professional brewing operation and developing award-winning beers. In recent years, I left brewing operations at Bierhaus and expanded into consulting (since 2023), helping other breweries improve quality and processes, and in 2025 I launched Fermentours, organizing small trips focused on beer, wine, and fermentation culture. So... beer is big part of my life.
