| October 6-8, 2009 | Call for entries (registration information) mailed to all breweries in the Brewers Association database. |
| October 8, 2009 | Online Registration opens. |
| December 1, 2009 | Early Registration deadline. |
| January 7, 2010 | Final Registration Deadline. Completed registration forms, license agreement, and payment (in U.S. funds) must be received by this date. (Capacity for entries maybe reached before this date. |
| January 21, 2010 | Confirmation forms sent to registered brewing companies. |
| February 4, 2010 | Last day to make registration changes regarding entries. Signed confirmation forms must be emailed or faxed to , +1.303.447.2825. No changes will be accepted after this date. |
| February 22-26, 2010 | All entries must be received between these dates. Beer must arrive at the World Beer Cup host distributor in Denver, Colorado USA. |
| April 5, 2010 | Judges Reception. |
| April 6-7, 2010 | Competition Judging takes place in Chicago, Illinois, USA during the Craft Brewers Conference. |
| April 10, 2010 | World Beer Cup Winners announced at the World Beer Cup Gala Awards Dinner in Chicago, Illinois, USA. |
